Taking tea on an empty
stomach moment after bed is a very bad ideal. Make sure to eat something before
taking eat every morning. You can eat something light like bread, pie, nuts,
etc.
Oxford University Research Centre have proven that,
having warm water in the morning is not same as having warm breakfast
especially, tea on an empty stomach.
Also, caffeinated drinks like coffee, black tea, green
tea and among others can cause harm on the persona taking them on an empty
stomach.
The following reasons are why you shouldn’t take hot
tea on an empty stomach:
A lot of people complain about the issue of having
headache if they don’t take coffee or tea soon, they wake up from bed. But that
is not true at all? Research by Carolyn M. Matthew mention that tea can cause
nausea and headache when it is taken on an empty stomach. He further explained
that they contain hard substance which can make the person weak, worried,
anxiety, sleeplessness, restlessness and even more.
